Job Title : Shop Fabricator

Job Description

Join our team as a Shop Fabricator, where you will play a crucial role in the warehouse and yard operations by pulling and preparing orders for shipment. Start each day with a morning huddle to discuss individual goals and ensure efficient workflow throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prep orders for shipment, including urgent orders called in by the sales team.
• Operate heavy-duty 8-10,000 lb forklifts to efficiently pull orders.
• Restock parts as necessary to maintain inventory levels.
• Perform cleaning tasks in the warehouse and yard as required.
• Prepare orders for shipment by power washing equipment with a 2500 psi washer.
• Cross-train to use a spray gun for painting custom-ordered equipment.

Work Environment

Work in both a warehouse and open-air environment, alongside a small team of dedicated colleagues. Our operation runs on a shift schedule of 4 days with 10-11 hour shifts, allowing for flexibility with different days off during the week.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of OILVILLE, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr.
