Nurse (RN) - Home Health

Pay Range (depending on experience)
RN: $44 - $48/hr
Up to a $5,000 retention bonus!

What You'll Do:

• Personalized Care: Conduct in-home patient assessments to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Top-Quality Nursing: Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease management
• Educate & Empower: Teach patients and their families about health management and self-care practices
• Collaborate: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
• Document & Report: Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with regulations

What You Bring:

• Licensed RN: Current and unrestricted RN license in MA
• Preferred Experience: At least 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health. Willing to train the right person!
• Flexibility: Ability to work independently and adapt to varying patient needs and schedules
• Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and their families
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
