Pay Range (depending on experience)

RN : $44 - $48 / hr

Up to a $5,000 retention bonus!

What You'll Do :

• Personalized Care : Conduct in-home patient assessments to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Top-Quality Nursing : Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease management
• Educate & Empower : Teach patients and their families about health management and self-care practices
• Collaborate : Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
• Document & Report : Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with regulations
