Software Engineer III - Full Stack

A company is looking for a Software Engineer III - Full Stack (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Estimate and complete development tasks including coding, requirements gathering, and analysis with minimal feedback

Mentor junior developers and improve engineering processes and practices

Participate in planning sessions and support recruiting efforts by evaluating assignments and assisting with interviews

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of engineering experience, or equivalent experience

Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, component-based design systems, and REST APIs

Proficiency in Ruby on Rails for backend and JavaScript / Typescript with React for front-end development

Experience with testing frameworks such as React Testing Library and RSpec

Progressive experience with relevant technologies and understanding of business impacts
