Same-Day Hiring (PRN) : For experienced candidates (?1 year licensed, discipline-specific), we can extend a same-day conditional offer following the recruiter interview. This streamlines the processmove from application to offer in one day, with normal onboarding / credentialing to follow. Availability may vary by role and business needs.
