• Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced

• Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
• to join our team. The ideal candidate will have
• at least 2 years of experience
• at a personal injury firm and be confident managing litigation files, particularly handling
• depositions and overseeing the demand team

You'll be part of a results-driven legal team with the autonomy to manage your own caseload while also benefiting from mentorship and team support.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Manage a full caseload of litigated personal injury files from inception through resolution.
• Conduct and defend depositions (plaintiff, defendant, witness, and expert).
• Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and other legal documents.
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
• Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel.
• Work collaboratively with team members to develop case strategies.
• Qualifications :
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum
• 2 years of experience
• at a personal injury law firm (litigation experience required).
• Proven experience conducting and defending
• depositions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a litigation caseload.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay : $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
