[job_card.job_description]Provide A-Z servicing for group health, Medicare, and personal health insurance accounts Handle client interactions, answer phones, and manage databases Assist with quoting new and renewal business as needed Support the Benefits Agent in managing accounts with less than 100 employees Utilize software tools such as BenefitPoint and Employee Navigator to manage accounts effectively Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with basic knowledge of BenefitPoint Active 2-15 license is required Proficiency in BenefitPoint and Employee Navigator software is preferred Strong organizational and database management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with the team

Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Benefits Account Representative to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who is passionate about providing exceptional service in the insurance industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Benefits Agent and managing a variety of accounts, including group health, Medicare, and personal health insurance. This position is based onsite and offers a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary : $45,000 - $50,000 annually
- Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)
