CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machining processes and the ability to work with the most advanced machine tools. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for machining high-quality components while adhering to strict specifications and safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to interpret blueprints effectively.

• Responsibilities
• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Class A Milling machinist.
• Set up and create tooling and fixtures for optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and bore gauges.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and perform basic maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Mastercam
• Experience in cutting all different types of materials
• Skills
• Expert in the use of CNC machinery.
• Ability to make part from blueprint
• Ability to hold tight tolerances .0005"-.001"
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex mechanical systems.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining processes.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments including bore gauges and micrometers.
• Familiarity with tooling setup and adjustment techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints accurately to ensure precise fabrication of components.
