Temporary Part Time Intake Coordinator

Wage / Salary : $20.00-$22.00 per hour | Non-Exempt | Part-Time

Position Summary :

The Intake Coordinator is an integral part of our tax team. They are the first people clients meet and speak with when entering the tax site. The Intake is responsible for ensuring a calm and positive environment while our clients wait to have their taxes prepared.

Essential Job Functions :

• Bachelor's degree and / or equivalent experience.
• Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in the tax preparation field and strong knowledge of personal income taxes as well as tax law knowledge.
• Management and / or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, and self-motivation.
• Good attention to detail with excellent follow-up skills.
• Must be able to balance competing priorities and work on multiple tasks, often on a time-sensitive basis.
• Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a definite plus.
