Job Description

Oversee daily construction activities to guarantee projects finish on time and within budget. Manage and coordinate subcontractors to deliver quality work while maintaining safety compliance. Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment. Monitor project progress, resolve challenges, and avoid potential delays. Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and team members to provide updates and resolve issues.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience overseeing tilt-wall construction projects with solid technical expertise. Capable of leading teams to maintain safety, quality, and productivity on site. Thorough understanding of safety regulations and strict enforcement of protocols. Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and keep projects on schedule. Effective communication and leadership skills for seamless collaboration with clients and project teams. Willing to travel nationwide as needed.
