Foreman Underground Construction - Miami

Hypower is looking for an Underground Construction Foreman to join our team!

The ideal candidate will be qualified to operate excavators over 50k loaders, skid steers, rollers, etc, and experience supervising a five-person crew efficiently.

Qualifications :

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have 5 years of operating experience.
• Be able to read grade stakes and interpret grades.
• Must have knowledge of working with trench boxes and dewatering systems.
• Have a valid CDL is a plus
• Operate a windows based computer to keep timesheets and daily paperwork.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Be able to make decisions in the field to take corrective actions necessary for job duties.
• Be able to communicate with not only others inside of Hypower but with the city and client officials.
• Work schedule can be day and or night shifts
• Must be willing to work with construction crews, doing physical labor if required.
