Position Overview :

Shift : 3rd (Night Shift 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM)

Full / Part Time : Full-Time (36 hours per week)

Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25

Location : Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Your Responsibilities :

• Deliver exceptional patient care across multiple units.
• Quickly adapt to different workflows, ensuring clinical excellence at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain the highest standards of patient-centered care.
• Participate in discharge planning and apply evidence-based practices consistently.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).
• Flexibility to work a self-scheduled rotation including 2 Fridays, 2 Mondays, and 1 weekend every 6 weeks.

Training & Skills Development :

• Receive training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse cross-training.
• Enhance leadership skills while supporting multiple units.
