Key Responsibilities
Own and grow a $2M+ book of business, focusing on revenue retention and expansion
Generate new business opportunities through existing relationships and ecosystem partners
Build and execute account growth plans aligned with client objectives and healthcare trends
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or client growth roles (healthcare preferred)
Demonstrated success in driving revenue expansion, upsells, and renewals
Experience working with TPAs, health plans, brokers, and aggregator channels
Strong ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
