Position Overview : We are seeking a qualified and experienced Master Special Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in controlled special inspections and possess the necessary certifications to perform the required inspections. Key Responsibilities :
- Perform structural special inspections in compliance with NYC Building Code and other applicable standards.
- Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and clients to ensure inspections are performed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
