[job_card.job_description]Plan and implement daily operational routines Complete administrative duties and required checklists Establish trust and open communication Set a positive example for the team Follow food and cash control guidelines Abide by company policies and directives Support management decisions and goals Communicate effectively with management team and team members Current student or high school diploma / GED preferred Minimum age of 21 and English fluency Previous Assistant General Manager / General Manager experience Certified in all stations following DHC Training Program Current ServSafe Certification Flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction Effective communication with co-workers and management Reliable transportation, driver's license, and insurance Telephone or reliable communication method Flexible availability for opening and closing shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays Task delegation skills Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent people and guest service skills Attention to detail and multitasking ability Confidence, proactiveness, and problem-solving skills Ability to view operations from a guest's perspective Initiative and ability to lift 50-75 lbs. comfortably

General Manager : Leads and coordinates everyday business operations, ensuring smooth functioning and team support.
Duties
- Follow DHC Training Program for new skills and responsibilities
- Communicate training needs to supervisor
- Conduct Ops Walks and Q&A checks for improvement
- Organize shift schedules and monitor attendance
- Understand the impact of job responsibilities on guests and operations
- Ensure food preparation, safety, and cleanliness standards are met
- Handle guest concerns professionally
- Maintain a neat appearance and adhere to uniform policy
- Provide direction and feedback to management team and team members
- Manage cash handling, hiring, training, scheduling, and daily tasks
- Oversee purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and operational functions
- Develop strategies for efficiency and goal achievement
- Focus on sales growth and forecasting
- Abide by rules and directions given by the General Manager
