In this role, you’ll provide top-notch service at the meat and seafood counter, restock and rotate product on the sales floor, and help keep our department running smoothly. What You’ll Do :
As a Meat Clerk at Festival Foods, your responsibilities will include :
Deliver Helpful Service : Provide exceptional guest service at the meat counter and on the sales floor, including fulfilling special orders and answering product questions.
Maintain fresh, well-stocked displays by inspecting, rotating, and replenishing meat products and supplies.
Honor Commitments : Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
Collaborate with the Team : Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For :
To succeed as a Festival Foods Meat Clerk, you should have :
Food Safety : A willingness to learn food safety standards, proper equipment usage (like slicers), and inventory practices.
Ability to Multitask and stay customer service focused in a busy retail grocery environment.
Safety Mindset : An understanding of safety and food safety practices and a commitment to following them. This role requires proper training and knowledge of equipment and procedures, including : slicers, proper lifting techniques, trash compactor, baler, etc.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule
This is a part-time or full-time position with varying shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
