Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the market access community strategy and manage panel engagements

Oversee team operations and manage relationships with market access community members

Coordinate recruitment efforts and ensure timely execution of research projects

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in research-related panel support

3+ years of team management experience

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

Experience with data analytics and market research or project management

Survey and panel management platform experience required
