Per Diem Ultrasound Technician

IVIRMA North America network of state-of-the-art fertility practices in the United States, is currently seeking a Per Diem Sonographer / U ltras ound Technician to join our growing Littleton pra ctice! Looking for someone to help during weekends and occasional weekdays /

Job Purpose :

The Ultrasound Technician is responsible for performing sonography appropriately and accurately to assist physician visualization and interpretation during gynecological procedures.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities :

• Collaborates with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments.
• Establishes personal rapport with patients.
• Provides explanations of procedures.
• Performs detailed examinations of anatomy.
• Performs bladder and uterus scans during embryo transfers and other medical procedures.
• Assists with procedure set-up, following all sterile precautions.
