Chief Of Patient Experience And Customer Service
This position serves as the Chief of Patient Experience and Customer Service, located with the Defense Health Network West in San Antonio, TX. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.
Responsibilities include :
- Support medical personnel and program implementation at DHN MTFs to provide a positive patient experience with a focus on improving patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Provide a consistent authoritative and integrative voice of the DHN that brings policy implementation guidance, operations, protocols, and best practices to the field.
- Integrate patient experience factors with strategic initiatives to include technology applications and strategic communications.
- Analyze data and issues related to the patient experience and customer satisfaction, establishes priorities, researches, develops, and implements standardized approaches.
- Provide leadership in the training and development of service excellence skills and behaviors which promote a positive patient experience.
- Deliver presentations on program status, accomplishments, problems, requirements for support, and promotion of program objectives to senior military officers and civilians.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade / level position in the federal service (GS-12). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone no substitution of education for experience is permitted.Additional Information :
