[job_card.job_description]Patient Demographics : Children, adolescents, and adults (across 3 different programs) Patient Volume / Census : 3 hours or less per program daily Phone Consults : Yes Case Mix : Eating disorders, general mental health, outpatient psychiatric care EMR System : Not specified Office Equipment Available : Standard outpatient clinic setup Support Staff Available : Behavioral health teams at each program Reason for Coverage : Ongoing clinical need across multiple outpatient programs Credentialing Timeline : Approximately 30 days Rate : TBD Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance : Included in all-inclusive rate Psychiatric evaluations and medication management Treatment planning and interdisciplinary collaboration Licenses : Active WA license required Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Experience : Experience in outpatient mental health preferred Other Qualifications : Ability to manage care across multiple programs and work independently Deliver psychiatric care across three programs : Facility 1 : Eating Disorders, Facility 2 : Virtual Washington, and Facility 3 : all age, all gender outpatient Provide up to 3 hours per day of clinical service at each program Conduct evaluations, follow-ups, and medication management Collaborate with behavioral health teams to support holistic care Maintain timely documentation and patient communication
