Director Case Management

Summary

Boone Health is on the hunt for an exceptional Director of Case Management to join their dynamic team in sunny Missouri!

The Position

• The Director of Case Management will provide strategic, operational, and administrative oversight to the Case Management, Social Services and Utilization Review Department for the system.
• Reporting to the Vice President and Chief Medical Officer this leader will oversee a team of approximately 18 FTEs.
• This leader will focus on enhancing length of stay metrics and streamlining discharge planning processes.
• Ideal candidates will be seasoned leaders who possess a robust blend of firmness and flexibility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional operational and strategic acumen, ensuring effective and visionary leadership.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Business is required.
• A minimum of five years of Case Management and/or Social Work experience is required.
• A minimum of five years of management experience is required.
• Healthcare experience is required.
