CRM Analyst

CRM Analyst is needed to support incremental tasks associated with a 30% increase in marketing activities. Product Pre-order & Launch Support –

• Lead Management for experiential marketing activities including; Brand events, Dealer events & Test Drives, Conquest Programs and Affinity Partner programs.
• Data quality management including the creation and appending of existing client / prospect records to maximize ROI on communications & events (i.e. increase quality, reach & response rates).
• Live data monitoring and lead follow-up from Dynamic Dealer Tour in all 4 regions (4-5 day events at all 44 dealers.)
• Launch event invitations, RSVPs and attendee follow-up. Both outbound and in-bound email and live call support.
• Order Validation for Orders / Preorders
• “Voice of Customer” surveys including Welcome and Owner Calls Can you tell me about the project / day in the life for the position?
• Report creation & monitoring of the reports to track internal tasks / targets
• Dashboard modifications for dealer targets & monitoring to advise Sales Team / RGMs if key dealers need assistance in reaching their KPIs
• Weekly data uploads into the CRM System, Salesforce, across multiple topics
• Live data monitoring & lead follow-up from Spectre Dynamic Dealer Tour
• Launch event invitation RSVPs & attendee follow-up; both outbound & in-bound email / live call support
• Order Validation for Spectre Orders / Preorders
• “Voice of Customer” surveys - including Welcome & Owner Calls
• Adhoc projects & report assistance when needed Mon-Friday 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm
