Position Overview

As our Senior Property Accountant, you will be preparing and analyzing financial results of operational properties, including the preparation of the following : GAAP financial statements, financial forecasts, reporting packages to investors, general ledger review, variance analysis, and audited financial statements. This position will also assist the manager with the coaching and development of staff.

Pay Range

USD $85,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 / Yr.

Additional Compensation

Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, typically 10% of base salary annually, depending on individual and organizational performance.
