Pomeroy Living, a premier senior independent living community, is seeking a dependable and customer service-oriented Dining Room Supervisor to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our residents by overseeing dining room setup, food presentation, and staff training. Responsibilities :

• Dining Room Excellence :
• Oversee dining setup, kitchen cleanliness, food presentation, and closing procedures.
• Oversee the presentation of all food served from the kitchen to residents and guests, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Team Leadership :
• Train and supervise servers, participate in hiring, and manage daily staffing.
• Resident Satisfaction :
• Take meal orders, communicate with dietary staff, and address resident dining concerns.
• Meet with dietary staff daily to discuss daily specials, always-available menu options, and wine selections.
• Proactively address resident concerns and ensure their satisfaction with meal service. #pm25 Qualifications :
• Minimum of two years of food management or food service supervision experience preferred.
• Experience in a senior independent living food service setting preferred.
• Ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Benefits :
