Take a central role in the development and refinement of our next-generation AI-driven HR systems which are designed to revolutionize recruitment assessment and intern management across EX Ventures extensive global network. This role is crafted for a tech-savvy and forward-thinking individual with a keen interest in human resources and a powerful desire to leverage technology to improve the employee experience from end to end. You will be responsible for building and implementing a suite of AI-powered tools that will streamline and automate HR processes enhance the quality of our decision-making and create a more efficient effective and data-driven HR function. This is a pivotal opportunity to be at the absolute forefront of HR innovation using the transformative power of AI to redefine the way we attract develop manage and retain top talent from around the world.

What Youll Do

• Utilize and customize AI platforms to fully automate the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle from intelligent sourcing and screening of candidates to the scheduling of interviews and the seamless management of all new hire paperwork.
• Build and deploy predictive analytics models for comprehensive performance tracking and data-driven candidate selection using historical and real-time data to identify top performers and predict future success with a high degree of accuracy.
• Integrate and train conversational AI agents (chatbots) for a wide range of HR operations including scheduling workflow automation and providing instant / support to employees thereby freeing up our HR staff to focus on more strategic and high-value initiatives.
• Provide critical support to EX Ventures global internship ecosystem through the implementation of AI-enhanced data management systems ensuring that we have the clean structured and accessible data we need to make informed and strategic decisions about our internship program.
• Conduct deep and insightful analysis of our HR data to identify key trends patterns and actionable insights using AI to uncover hidden opportunities for improvement and optimization across the entire employee lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain a dashboard for key HR metrics providing real-time insights to the leadership team.
