A company is looking for an Escrow Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Escrow department, focusing on residential transactions
Open orders, input closing statement information, prepare documents for closing, and manage escrow transaction disbursements
Communicate requirements and information to clients and prepare necessary documents for transactions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an escrow-related role
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Solid understanding of functional tasks related to escrow processes
Familiarity with MS Office Suite
Ability to work independently and follow established processes and procedures
