The Communications Agent supports internal and external communication efforts by assisting with messaging, content creation, and customer or client interactions. Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and deliver clear, accurate information regarding products, services, or company updates.
Support public relations and marketing teams with communication needs as assigned.
Maintain communication logs, reports, and customer records.
Assist in responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and escalating issues when necessary.
Ensure messaging consistency in all communication channels.
Monitor feedback and share insights with management to improve communication strategies.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; studies in communications, marketing, or related fields are a plus.
