About the Family & Social Services Administration :
The Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) is a division within the Family and Social Services Administration, which receives around 18 percent of the state's budget to ensure vital health care coverage to approximately 1 in 4 Hoosiers. OMPP strives to build programs and processes that enable Hoosiers to live in fully engaged communities and reach their greatest emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Role Overview :
Indiana Medicaid currently provides health coverage for over 2-million Hoosiers including children and adults with complex medical and social needs. Critical to helping these individuals and their families reach their greatest emotion, mental, and physical well-being is care management. Care managers provide a personal connection to Medicaid members helping them get needed services. Indiana Medicaid is looking for a visionary leader to help us ensure that the complex and chronic care needs of Hoosiers are met. Included in this work is overseeing care management activities performed by Indiana's five Medicaid managed care entities and assuring that best practices are being used throughout all our Medicaid programs. This leader will also be key to work Medicaid is doing to transform how we care for aging Hoosiers-work that will assure more Hoosiers can age at home. We are looking for a clinical professional leader experienced in care management and dedicated to serving our most vulnerable neighbors.
Salary Statement :
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $59,800.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.

This position is exempt from overtime compensation for additional work hours which may be required to complete essential functions or other assigned work. Exempt employees may work more than 75 hours in a pay period without additional compensation and must report a minimum of 75 hours per pay period of work hours and / or paid leave taken to receive their base biweekly salary.
