Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule : 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday for OBGYN clinical services along with OBGYN hospital call coverage 7-10 days per month

Job Setting : Hospital

Types of Cases : 25-30 patient encounters per shift. Low risk pregnancy, high risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST / CST / FSE, OB Ultrasounds - Performance of and interpretation (Level I / Screening viability required, Level II / Targeted anatomic preferred), amniocentesis (preferred), routine delivery (vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for c-section), complicated delivery (c-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBAC's - all preferred), repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations (preferred), office / minor gynecology - IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP. Surgical gynecology (open, laparoscopic diagnostic / minor only, operative / major - all preferred), laser certification (preferred)

Credentialing : 90 days. Providers with active Baptist privileges preferred

Minimum Requirements

Certifications : ACLS, BLS. Fellowship required

Licensure : TX state license required. IMLC not accepted
