POSITION OVERVIEW

Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicated advanced practice clinicians to join our inaugural Urgent Care team in Dunwoody, Georgia In this role, you will provide prompt, high-quality care to pediatric patients during evenings and weekends, addressing acute illnesses and injuries in a fast-paced setting. You'll play a key role in delivering accessible, family centered care while helping to shape a welcoming and supportive environment for our patients and their families.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

As an Advanced Practice Clinician at Zarminali Pediatrics & Urgent Care you will focus on :

• Acute Pediatric Care : Providing timely evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of non-emergent pediatric illnesses and injuries in a fast-paced urgent care setting
• Clinical Decision Making : Utilizing clinical judgement to determine appropriate interventions, diagnostic testing and follow up plans for acute conditions.
• Family Centered Communication : Educating patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and next steps with clarity and compassion
• Documentation : Ensuing thorough, timely, and accurate documentation of all patient encounters in accordance with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Collaboration : Partnering with support staff to deliver efficient, coordinated and high-quality care with an emphasis on safety and experience
