Your Impact
As the first voice our customers hear, you will:

  • Answera high volume of inbound calls, live chats and emails with warmth and urgency
  • Listen actively, diagnose HVAC service needs andbook jobsin order of priority
  • Dispatchor reroute technicians to maximize route efficiency
  • Documentevery interaction accurately in our CRM
  • Resolve concerns, follow up on open issues and turn unhappy callers into raving fans
  • Meet KPIsfor call quality, booking rate and revenue (individual & team)



What You Bring

  • 2+ years experiencein customer service, dispatch, inside sales or project coordination
  • Strongmapreading skillsand knowledge of the Dayton/Mason area
  • Clear, confidentverbal & written communication
  • Ability tojuggle multiple conversationsin a fastpaced setting
  • Techsavvy with CRM or fieldservice software (well train you on ours)
  • Dependable, honest and eager to learn
  • Willingness to workoccasional overtime
