A company is looking for a Tier 2 - Service Desk Team Lead (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day activities of Tier 2 Service Desk Engineers and ensure effective team coordination
Provide end-user technical support and manage escalated customer issues
Monitor team performance metrics and conduct regular check-ins and evaluations
Required Qualifications
Three to five years of Service Desk experience
Supervisory experience preferred
Experience with network infrastructure such as servers, firewalls, and switches
Advanced Azure / M365 experience strongly preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
