[job_card.job_description]BS in Computer Science or equivalent with 4+ years of industry experience in software testing, including experience with website applications is required. Experience with QA processes and methodologies. Proficiency in working within a Linux / Unix environment. Experience in a technical environment grooming skills in HTML, JavaScript, Java, SQL, and especially Selenium is highly desirable.

Contract Type : W2 only
Duration : 9 Months with possible extension
Location : Malvern, PA (Onsite)
Pay Range : $50.00 - 55.00 per hour
Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team for a contract position. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance website application quality. This role involves creating and executing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, and ensuring the seamless operation of the production environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify use cases and create detailed test cases to maximize test coverage.
- Execute tests, document test results, and report defects to ensure they are addressed.
- Work within the Software Development Life Cycle to support quality assurance processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in the QA process and maintain documentation for test cases and procedures.
