Position : RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery (Travel / Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery for a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina — earn up to ($1722 - $1812 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to labor and delivery patients.

Monitor and assess patient conditions during labor and delivery.

Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals.

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.

Participate in professional development and training opportunities.

Assist in the management of labor and delivery emergencies.

Educate patients and families on labor and delivery processes.

Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.

Evaluate and implement best practices in patient care.

Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

Engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.

Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities.

Experience / Qualifications

Current RN license in North Carolina with labor and delivery experience.

Commitment to continuous professional development and training.

Proven ability to monitor and assess labor and delivery patient conditions.

Ability to manage labor and delivery emergencies effectively.

Demonstrated ability to achieve individual performance targets.

Experience in developing patient care plans with a healthcare team.

Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.

Ability to educate patients and families on labor and delivery processes.

Strong documentation skills for patient care activities and outcomes.

Engagement in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.
