Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute procurement strategies and policies to ensure compliance and resource stewardship

Oversee the acquisition lifecycle and serve as the senior contracting authority for high-value agreements

Drive modernization initiatives and process improvements to enhance procurement operations and team performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, finance, or a related field

10+ years of experience in procurement and contracting functions, including policy development

Expertise in managing complex, high-value contracts across various categories

Strong understanding of procurement regulations and compliance requirements

Proficiency with procurement systems and standard office software
