Manager

The Manager will focus on departmental integrity, learning, and data management. They will also be the Community HealthChoices Long-Term Service and Support subject matter expert, ensure compliance with program and contractual requirements, assist with developing and managing policies and procedures, and ensure alignment with State and Federal Requirements.

Education / Experience

Bachelor's Degree required 3 to 5 years of experience with HCBS Waivers, Habilitation, Institutional Services, and Health Homes 3 to 5 years of Leadership and Management experience required

Skills & Abilities

Knowledgeable in preparing educational materials, presentations, and overall adult learning methodologies. Knowledgeable in basic data analytics related to aggregating, distinguishing, and displaying data for reporting purposes.
