Residential HVAC Installer | $28.00 - $36.00 per hour + bonuses

We pay full system bonuses, warranty bonuses, and cash spiffs. Potential annual earnings $125K!

This position is primarily residential retrofit / changeout with the occasional light commercial install.

Job Title : Residential HVAC Installer

Pay Range : $28.00 - $36.00 per hour, depending on experience

Pay Type : Hourly + System Completion Bonus

Work Hours : 7 : 30am to 4 : 30pm, with occasional overtime

Work Schedule : Monday through Friday

What you will be doing :

  • Residential retrofit / changeout installations
  • Excellent customer service
  • Supervise the work of other installers
  • Maintaining high-quality and time job performance.

    • Qualifications / Skills :

  • Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
  • 2 + years of Residential Retrofit / changeout HVAC Install experience
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Ability to pass NATE core test within 3 months of hire date
  • Basic fabrication knowledge of sheet metal fittings
  • Able to size and draw duct work correctly
  • Start up and trouble shoot furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps and condensing units
  • Good understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, wiring diagrams
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
