Position Summary
The Director of New Technology will lead LBAPS’ technology strategy, oversee implementation of new systems, and ensure innovative solutions to enhance operations, clinical services, and administrative workflows. This role requires a visionary leader with strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement LBAPS’ technology roadmap and strategy
- Identify, evaluate, and deploy new software, tools, and systems to improve operations and service delivery
- Oversee IT infrastructure, security, and compliance with data privacy regulations
- Lead, mentor, and manage the technology team
- Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and executive teams to identify technology needs
- Monitor emerging trends in technology to ensureLBAPSremains innovative and efficient
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred1+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in healthcare or educational servicesStrong knowledge of software implementation, IT infrastructure, and security complianceExceptional leadership, communication, and project management skillsProven ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale technology initiatives#J-18808-Ljbffr
