[job_card.job_description]$115,00 - $130,000 / year Salary dependent on experience 100% employee insurance paid 4-6 weeks PTO + 11 holidays Retirement with 3% match Full-time, Monday-Friday, Half day on Wednesdays 8 : 30am-4 : 45pm - the last patient is at 4pm each day except Wednesdays Outpatient setting APP will see on average 8-13 patients per day - 20 minutes for follow ups and 40-60 minutes for evals This NP / PA position is open due to an APP retiring Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, FNP or Physician Assistant, PA 1+ years of primary care experience required
