Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests in a warm, professional manner that reflects Cadillac's luxury brand values.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to match customers with the right Cadillac vehicle.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, performance, and technology in an informative and exciting way.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process - from initial contact to delivery - ensuring a seamless, personalized experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cadillac vehicles, features, and competitive offerings.
• Utilize the dealership's CRM system to follow up with customers, maintain accurate records, and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate closely with the sales, finance, and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth transaction flow.
• Participate in dealership events, product launches, and training sessions to enhance product and brand expertise.
• Ensure the showroom and display vehicles are maintained to premium brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Previous automotive sales experience preferred - luxury brand experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury brand environment.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to use CRM systems, digital retailing tools, and mobile technology.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
