WHAT YOU WILL DO :

Our growing team is seeking to hire a Full Stack Engineer looking to build and maintain internal collaboration tools (e.g., digital signage, collaboration boards, bots, conferencing) that enable seamless communication and productivity across the organization. This candidate should have multiple years of experience building web applications and are familiar with video telephony design patterns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient full-stack applications that meet the needs of client's collaboration tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality software products
• Develop and implement automated testing and deployment scripts to ensure smooth release cycles
• Design and implement data workflows to collect, process, and store meeting data from Zoom and Webex
• Develop data visualizations and reports to provide insights on meeting usage and trends
• Integrate LLaMA models into our applications, enabling advanced features such as speech recognition and text summarization.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of our video telephony systems, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the development of best practices and standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new tools, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our products and services
• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills

$125,000—$140,000 USD
