Job Summary :
We're seeking dedicated and caring Home Health Care Aides to provide essential support to our clients. You'll be a vital part of their daily lives, offering assistance with personal care, household tasks, and companionship. Responsibilities :
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Offer companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients.
- Run errands and provide transportation as needed.
- Follow individualized care plans and document client progress.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
