The Opportunity

As Controller, you’ll be the financial heartbeat of the organization. This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role where your expertise shapes the company’s financial clarity, confidence, and long‑term success. You’ll partner with leadership, collaborate across teams, and build strong relationships with external partners — all while steering the company’s fiscal operations with precision and pride.

What You’ll Own

• Full stewardship of the company’s financial records and GAAP‑compliant reporting.
• Preparation and publication of financial statements that leadership relies on.
• Management of external CPA relationships for tax prep and annual audits.
• Oversight of banking and lending institution partnerships, including treasury services.
• Daily ownership of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity.
• Payroll processing twice per month — accurate, timely, and seamless.
• Frequent interaction with internal teams and external partners, representing the company with professionalism and positivity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA strongly preferred
• 7+ years of hands‑on accounting experience
