As a Subcontracts Administrator, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission. Our work depends on Subcontracts Administrator joining our team to support as a subject matter expertise related to the subcontract life cycle (but not limited to) Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Proposals, Subcontract Negotiation, Purchase Orders and Closeout.

Responsibilities for this position include :

• Develops, negotiates and administers assigned NDAs, TAs, Subcontracts, and other related agreements in accordance with client requirements and GDIT policies and procedures
• Ensures timely processing of subcontract negotiations for fair and reasonable pricing as well as terms and conditions with assistance from management and input from relevant stakeholders
• Creates and maintains compliant audit files in accordance with customer requirements and GDIT policies and procedures
• Participates in problem resolution related to subcontract requirements by providing advice based on subcontract interpretation
• Serves as liaison and facilitator between the relevant subcontract's stakeholders
• Coordinates with program managers and all matrixed organizations to ensure subcontract requirements are fulfilled
• Maintains heightened knowledge of relevant subcontract procedures and practices
• Participates and offers opinions on proposal and program strategy
• Initiates and maintains an extensive network of communication with industry peers
• Manages special projects as required

The likely salary range for this position is $56,913 - $76,999. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
