General Office Clerk (Part-time)

H.F. Lenz is seeking a part-time General Clerk at our Pittsburgh office. This role will perform various routine clerical tasks related to engineering in an office setting such as filing, data entry, scanning and recording physical documents in required formats. May also assist with other general office tasks as necessary. The candidate will work a reduced schedule of 8-12 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This position would be ideal for a college student enrolled in an engineering or marketing program, seeking part-time employment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various routine clerical tasks in an office environment.

• Organize files and record documents to electronic format.

• Enter data into a database or Excel spreadsheets.

• Assists with other general office and administrative tasks as assigned, such as copying, scanning, filing and mailing.

Qualifications:

• Highly skilled/advanced in Microsoft Excel.

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

• May be currently enrolled in a College level Engineering or Marketing Degree program.

• Proficient in other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, etc.).

• Ability to work in and foster a team environment.

• Must have a valid Driver's License.

• Must be fully authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
