Accountants One is assisting with a confidential search for an Accounting Manager South of the airport area. This Accounting Manager will join a stable, established, growing commercial construction company. This Accounting Manager will work closely with owners, upper management, and outside CPA.

Responsibilities :

  • Payroll and all associated tax filings and related benefits administration
  • Account reconciliations, including bank, credit card, and sub-ledgers
  • Project billing including Percentage Completion and AIA billing
  • Month-end close process
  • Full Cycle Accounts Payable
  • Prepare financial statements and other reports as requested by management

Required :

  • Accounting degree preferred
  • Payroll experience is a must
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • 4+ years of accounting experience
  • Construction / Project billing experience strongly preferred
  • Sage software experience is a plus
