Key Responsibilities
Supervise and motivate a liability claims team to deliver efficient service
Guide the team to adhere to best practices in claims handling
Manage workloads and define team goals to optimize performance
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
Appropriately licensed and / or certified in all states where claims are handled
Claims background in Commercial Auto
3 or more years of prior leadership experience
