[job_card.job_description]Work 5x8 schedule performing specialized maternal-fetal ultrasound procedures Assist radiologists in performing invasive diagnostic techniques specialized to maternal fetal ultrasound processes Provide standardization and training to residents regarding ultrasound examinations Consult with patients and evaluate contraindications such as medications or patient preparation issues Perform essential maternal-fetal ultrasound examinations including detailed anatomical evaluations, complete fetal echocardiograms, growth assessments, and fetal wellbeing studies Conduct biophysical profiles, maternal / fetal Doppler studies, and amniotic fluid assessments Provide needle procedure guidance and examine maternal pelvic anatomy including transvaginal cervical assessments Utilize advanced diagnostic 3D / 4D ultrasound techniques Conduct ultrasonic diagnostic procedures and record anatomical, pathological, and physiological data for physician interpretation Assist supervising physicians with invasive procedures as required Analyze sonography findings throughout examinations to ensure comprehensive data collection Recognize abnormalities requiring direct radiologist observation during real-time scanning Obtain simultaneous imaging and Doppler signals with proper documentation Three years of experience performing complex OB / GYN or vascular scans required Completion of 12-month Diagnostic Medical Sonography program or equivalent certificate required Required certifications : BLS for Healthcare Provider, ARDMS registration in OB and OB GYN Preferred certification : Fetal Echocardiography (FE) Referral bonus
