Key Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable operation and uptime of all IT and OT systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure including networks servers workstations and production-specific hardware.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect corporate data and operational technology (OT) environments.
• Oversee IT support services resolving issues promptly to minimize disruption to production and business processes.
• Lead the planning and execution of IT projects such as ERP implementations MES upgrades and automation initiatives.
• Manage IT vendor relationships contracts and service level agreements to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and enforce IT policies procedures and best practices to ensure compliance and data integrity.
