Position Responsibilities
The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position :
- Understand the Customer Requirements.
- Perform Order and Inventory management operations.
- Coordinate, lead, and evaluate North American Production Control standardization activities.
- Create training documents and train local AISIN North America Plants (NAPs).
- Develop and issue summary reports / schedules for activities performed.
- Duties will require interaction with Customers, AISIN facilities, and Suppliers.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Essential Skills and Experience :
Production Control background in the following fields :Program Launch and ECI ManagementSales, Production, and Component PlanningInventory ManagementLogistics and Material Handling OperationsMicrosoft Office : ExcelBeneficial Skills and Experience
Experience with warehouse and logistics procedures.Knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.ORACLEFUTURE3 / POWER8Education / Training / Certifications
Bachelor’s degree is preferred or 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.Travel Requirements
Approximately 10 – 25 %Must be willing and available to travel to such locations and with such frequency as is necessary and desirable to meet business needs.Work Environment Requirements
