Internal Penetration Tester

A company is looking for an Internal Penetration Tester to join a high-impact cybersecurity team in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct internal penetration tests across Windows and Linux environments, simulating real-world adversarial tactics

Perform manual testing to identify vulnerabilities and misconfigurations while customizing penetration testing tools

Deliver technical reports and collaborate with teams to enhance security posture and validate defensive controls

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in internal penetration testing or offensive security

Strong proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, including registry and Active Directory analysis

Experience with penetration testing tools and the ability to customize them for unique scenarios

Solid scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages

Understanding of attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and relevant certifications are a strong plus
